Thank you for choosing Peachmind for your jewelry and lifestyle essentials. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. Due to current operational limitations, we are adapting our refund policy to better serve you during this time.
Exchange/Refund Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange/refund, items must be in their original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging and pouches.
If you wish to exchange/refund an item, please initiate the process by contacting us at customercare@peachmind.co within 30 days of placing your order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition, and include all original packaging and pouches. We aim to ensure that every piece exchanged maintains the high quality our customers expect.
Process:
Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Inspection:
Upon receiving your item for exchange, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria for unworn condition and original packaging.
Exchange Execution:
Once your item passes inspection, we will process the exchange by sending out the new item you've selected. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either issue a store credit or require an additional payment to match the value of the new item.
Shipping Cost: Peachmind will cover the domestic shipping cost of returning items for exchange and the new item sent to you. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Please note that custom-made jewelry and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

If your return meets our conditions, your refund will be issued as store credit directly to your PEACHMIND account. If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, please contact us within 45 days of the returned item being received.
• Shipping:
Peachmind will cover the domestic shipping costs associated with returning items for refund.
